God Is at Work in Our Communities!

Dear Friends,

what a blessed and busy summer it has been for Expansion Mission Network! God has opened new doors for us to bring the Gospel to Hispanic families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Growing the Church

We currently have one chartered Hispanic Lutheran congregation in Rockwall and three active missions, while also supporting church planting in Tarrant County.

ESL & Community Outreach

We launched ESL ministries at Water of Life in Forney and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Rockwall, along with a Bible study outreach at St. Paul in Wichita Falls—creating new opportunities to build relationships and share Christ.

Soccer Ministry

During the World Cup this year, we launched our “Fiebre de La Copa” and connected with more than 20 families who are not currently attending church. Kids played, families connected among each other, and relationships began to grow, we simply gathered families around “futbol”.

Church in the Barrio

We also launched “Church in the Barrio,” bringing church directly into the community. Today, 10+ non church families are gathering in the patio of one of our church members for fellowship, prayer, and the Gospel.

Be Part of the Mission

God is giving us incredible opportunities to reach people who may never walk through the doors of a church, but they will come to play “futbol”, an ESL class, or a gathering in their neighborhood.
