Celebrating Hispanic Heritage and the Mission God Has Given Us
During Hispanic Heritage Month, communities across the country celebrate the rich culture, traditions, and stories that make the Hispanic community so vibrant.
At Expansion Mission Network, we have an even greater reason to celebrate: we get to see these communities becoming places where the Gospel is proclaimed and new churches are taking root.
This month, Hispanic Heritage celebrations brought families and friends together at our churches in Rockwall and Carrollton. Through food, music, fellowship, and conversation, these gatherings created opportunities to build relationships and welcome people into Christian community.
But these celebrations are about more than one month on the calendar. They are a glimpse of what church planting looks like.
As EMN works to plant Lutheran churches among Hispanic communities, we are building relationships, equipping leaders, and creating places where people can hear about Jesus and grow in His grace.
And this mission happens through partnership. Every church planted represents the prayers, service, and financial generosity of people who believe that the Gospel is for every community.
This Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite you to celebrate with us and to invest in what God is doing among Hispanic communities.
Together, we go. Together, we grow.
In Christ,
